      Culture, flexibility to balance home life, positive industry reputation, competitive compensation plan with unlimited commissions and bonus.

      Cons

      It is a smaller Company so if you're looking for lots of advancement opportunities they are limited

      Operate independently, making decisions on your department's strategic direction and marketing plan. Management support of investing in your market and new strategic ideas. Positive work environment - small family type of environment. Everyone gets along and is supportive of each other. Compensation- open ended commisions/bonus plan allows you to maximize your earnings. Job flexibility - ability to balance home and work and take time off as needed. Ethics - Company has high standards of how they operate and conducts business.
