This has been a great place to work since day 1 for me and things have only gotten better! Everyone gets along well for the most part, apart from the occasional clash, but that happens when you spend so much time around each other. The work is enjoyable, we are always encouraged to learn more and the pay will reflect that. The standard necessities are in plenty for each employee and management is understanding when it comes to personal and work-related issues.
Cons
The long hours and large amount of time spent sitting can be difficult for some, but they aren't opposed to you getting up and stretching your legs/taking a walk through the building for a moment at reasonable intervals.

- Excellent 401K, Health, and PTO Benefits - Extremely competitive pay - Provides a stable and enjoyable work environment - Constantly helping employees learn new technologies and actively works to help employees improve upon existing skills - The small size of the company enables staff members to work well with each other and operate more efficiently. - Management is attentive to issues and works hard to make employees happy. - Free snacks and drinks :)
Cons
- Work hours for SysAdmins are a bit longer than you'd find elsewhere, while this doesn't bother me it can be an inconvenience to some. - As with every company I have worked for, information can be relayed to staff with varying degrees of effectiveness, I feel that there is some room for improvement to make communication more efficient.
