Pros

It was great to work at Navigate. I had a great experience, I felt very supported by the owner and loved the forward thinking approach he has.

Cons

HOA management is just not for everyone, you either love it or hate it.

Pros

Some of the employees were nice to work with, especially while working from home.

Cons

The lack of leadership and the absence of training are significant issues. The owner is unwilling to provide training and seeks individuals already familiar with the tasks. If you are not a favored employee, the likelihood of being let go within a short period is high.

There are nice co workers but unless you are the owners favorite..nobody lasts long.

Cons

The person the owner has a crush on takes credit for everyone else's work.
