Pros
One of the best working experiences in my life. I had the opportunity to work with very nice, sincere, open-minded, and experienced people.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company entered into an insolvency state because of the issues with sponsors, and that was the sad end of this beautiful journey.

Our managers are doing their best to make sure to support every single team member. We have a very family atmosphere here and whenever I have an urgency because of my child, NeXR supports me as good as possible. I really enjoy working here, with all the cool colleagues. We have pretty amazing team events (Halloween, Christmas, Hofbräuhaus etc.) and like having lunch together.
Cons
Sometimes it seems like people don't really see what one department is doing and take them for granted. But communication is very strong here and all in all, we keep talking to each other and try to fix any issues in order to concentrate on the same goals.
