Pros
Lovely people across all departments, very welcoming. Culture that values each department and collaboration across the departments. Showing interest in AI solutions and reducing repetitive and mundane tasks for individuals to complete manually. Much better work/life balance than elsewhere.
Cons
There may not always be opportunities for progression, but this can be expected in smaller businesses which don't have infinite roles/levels.

Pros
Lovely people, nice working environment. Great work life balance. Departments cross over and work collaboratively together. Creative approach through out. Management have personnel, empathetic and supportive approach. HR are approachable and supportive. Young talent, hard work and ambition is recognised. Thoughtful are made with company perks.
Cons
Flexibility and company benefits could be more extensive, however within expectations for company size. Progression can reach a ceiling, predominantly due to company size.
