      Great people, nice projects and generally without the architectural egos many other firms have. Fantastic place to grow skills and then move on.

      Salaries are really low, no room for advancement.

      Great salary, good community, nice work spaces. You really feel integrated to the firm.

      Cons

      The firm was rapidly growing, meaning that at one point there were simply more people than the amount of space in the office. Sometimes you would have no seat available.
