At Nelvana / Corus Entertainment, I had the pleasure to work with many strong leaders who have taught me a lot about empowering team members.

Cons

Some of the Executive team members would upset the balance of production by making strange deals that conflict with the company values.

Could have been a bit more unified, seems everybody as kind of doing their own thing, and it felt like we were all over the place sometimes. Like we lacked a single vision. Wasn't always all that wrong though.
