Pros
Small company feel with large company opportunities. Continuously growing and evolving company with a comfortable environment and a terrific team. The owner and the management team care greatly about the satisfaction of their customer as well as the employees. A job well done is well compensated and rewarded with great benefits and perks.
Cons
The company is outgrowing its space and beginning to feel cramped.

The office is too small without enough windows. It would be nice to have new office furniture Difficult to find qualified staff. Need more sales staff
