Hybrid (3 days in office). 350.000 COP manually for glasses. 1 day per week lunch. 1 PTO day for your birthday. Retention bonuses. Stock options for a small percentage of employees. Culture is nice

I prefer hybrid with 1 or 2 mandatory days, not 3. Salaries could be a bit higher. Not many high level roles so hard hard to get promoted
