Fun and friendly people there. Open to new ideas you can feel free to speak with your boss. Rewarding good work.
Cons
Organisation is a mess, often projects are extended with months because suddendly some guy decided to add a feature because they couldn't think about it at first. They espect you to be all in one, so you'll be doing all sort of things.
