Pros
I have been working here for less than a year. Net Irrigate offers a nice culture with friendly co-workers. My talents and abilities have grown while I have been here, and I have worked on some important projects for the company.
Cons
I have no large complaints. My only small con is to possibly implement a better system for organizing and retrieving files, but that is miniscule.

Great, collaborative team that all has the best interest of the company and its future growth. The management encourages "thinking outside the box" and challenges you in ways that will help in personal, professional growth. Competitive pay and full benefits offered.
Cons
If you don't have a "go-getter attitude... this company is not for you.
