Pros

Working at NetCarrier was a great stepping stone in my career. I learned a ton about the telecom industry, customer service, and problem-solving under pressure. The team was supportive, and I always felt like my efforts were appreciated. The training was solid, and I gained valuable experience that I still use today.

Cons

Like any call center, the work can get repetitive, and the pace can be fast, especially during peak hours. But if you're someone who enjoys helping people and staying busy, it’s a good fit.

Pros

You will learn a lot of skills working at NetCarrier. I am consistently motivated by management to learn outside of my comfort zone. There is never a dull moment which makes your day to day engaging. This company takes pride in training their employees and there are always resources if you have questions at your fingertips. There is open communication between departments as everyone is working together toward a common goal. The employees care about the company and the work that is being done. It is a refreshing atmosphere to be part of. Management takes pride on promoting from within and will work with their employees to reach their professional goals.

Cons

There is a lot of crossover between departments which calls for employees to wear multiple hats on occasion.
