I have worked with the company. Sometimes i felt about the size of the company but that thinking went wrong when i joined a big size organization. I found several benefits while working here - 1. Lots of scope of learning different-2 ares of software development technologies. 2. Good employees to work with. 3. Lots of skills to gain from company manager who posses more than 20+ years of experience. 4. You will get complete overview of product from back end to front end. 5. Good salary increments depending on your performance. 6. If you want to be master of skills go for it. 7. Who ever started from here with me are working in MNCs due to the skills possessed here.
Cons
There are also some points which should be taken into consideration while joining this company - 1. If you don't believe in hard work and learning then go for it. 2. If you are time dependent worker than its not a right place for you. 3. No fun and other events like big organizations.
