      Working here was a fantastic experience! The team is full of talented and supportive people, creating a truly collaborative and positive work environment. The company offers industry-leading technology and solutions, keeping employees at the forefront of innovation. On top of that, the benefits are excellent, showing a real commitment to employee well-being. Highly recommend!

      Cons

      Overall, a fantastic place to work with cutting-edge solutions and a supportive culture. However, communication platforms can sometimes feel noisy, making it hard to filter important updates. Additionally, operating across three key geographies presents some coordination challenges, but the team does a great job of managing them

Having gone through the acquisition in Australia it is great to hear you refer so positively to the way that has and continues to be managed. There is no doubt making communications across 3 geographies that circle the globe is tough, but a lot of effort is made on a daily basis to ensure it is as streamlined and effective as possible - so its nice to read that you feel that those efforts are successful.       Pros

      Lovely team, great culture, good support, very technically competent engineers, access to training, personal responsibility & ownership. Hybrid/remote work, free food, coffee and lunch. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Progression may be fairly dependent on team/role/manager. Compensation is good, but not extremely competitive. Review cycle is yearly (hard to get promoted off-cycle).

Personally, I can relate to your comments about our leadership and approach to work life balance and flexibility. Career and personal development frameworks are in place across our larger functions such as Engineering and Tech Ops, but we do recognise that there is more to be done in some of the smaller teams across the business. We do provide everyone with 2 days a year that they can use to focus on relevant training and development of their choosing, and we have open access to Udemy and Coursera courses. We also take a very supportive view on any other external training from seminars through to professional qualifications. Thank you for you service to Netcraft over the last 9 years and I hope you are able to talk as positively about your new job/company in the future as you have about Netcraft.
