Pros

Located in the beautiful area of London Bridge.

Cons

The lack of transparency and communication is evident. The directors don’t get along, resulting in a constant power battle and a lack of clear direction. Receiving constant messages from the managing director outside of working hours, with an expectation for timely responses, can be challenging The work environment can be intimidating, and it’s not uncommon to experience being yelled at. The office enforces a European French work culture. Frequent changes in contracts and salaries are common, even for those on full-time contracts. The team experiences a high turnover, with over 60 percent, and few individuals below the director level have stayed with the company for over a year. Being compelled to be disrespectful to clients can be challenging and goes against professional norms. The work environment is toxic, with a strict work ethic; employees are not allowed to talk or have lunch with colleagues as the Managing Director considers it unprofessional and has enforced this rule.
