- Great department leads - Upward movement if you're a hard worker - Friendly coworkers with a real sense of pride about the work - Flexible hours, great benefits, good pay

Cons

- String people along on contracts for a long time - Revolving door of contractors that have to be constantly trained and re-trained - Sometimes people can play politics - Some people don't do their jobs and aren't being replaced or reprimanded
