Pros

Focused company. Small, medium and the largest fitness clubs around the world are using Netpulse apps. Very proud of what we are developing. I like seeing what we design and build get adopted by the best clubs around. This team likes to compete and it sure feels like we are winning in the market. We are paying attention to the products we are delivering and working with our customers to make them better all the time.

Cons

This has been a tough year to endure all the transition, but we are moving forward. Need more company events.

Pros

Netpulse is a company on the rise. Since I started, they've gone through a major pivot, re-focused and are making a lot of progress with the new app product. It seems like every company meeting we are celebrating a big new customer and seeing more exciting news. I feel like I got in during "the quiet before the storm" while Netpulse was still figuring things out. Now everything is really picking up and we could be a big hit! The management team is almost all new, which made me nervous at first, but so far I've been impressed with all of them. The company has become significantly more transparent, and I feel like I have a solid understanding of what is going on throughout each department. They've hired a lot of new people, and I've generally been impressed with all of them as well. There are a lot of team events/fitness classes, and I can tell that they are putting a lot of effort into evolving the company culture as Netpulse grows. The pace is definitely fast. Every team is doing a lot at once and in some cases that requires intense dedication. Personally, I like this but others looking for something more casual could be turned off.

Cons

- Some of the new employees are remote, so I hope we make them feel like they are a part of the team too. - Intense work pace (again, for me that's a pro)

Pros

Netpulse has done a lot of work to really put our team and the company culture first. I really appreciate the openness for new ideas and the strong team environment. We have a very hard working group but have a lot of laughs along the way.

Cons

Netpulse is a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts. Sometimes the weekly all hands meetings are not enough to get clear insight on all of the great progress we make.
