The new Director of Sales has a way different approach and recognizes an opportunity to grow the business, in many different ways. Since he has been there, he has implemented a couple of game-changing tools namely Salesloft and has a very fair approach to work alongside. Aside from that, the environment is very relaxed the company is an employee-owned company, so every activity and success that the company has, can directly affect you in the long-term.

I have seen a lot here at Netria in almost 10 years. Since the start of the year and under new Sales Management, we have had an overhaul of how we operate. There are been overwhelmingly positive changes. Netria has invested in Technology to help us succeed, and put us ahead of the pack. Everyone is on the same page here and ready to grow the company. The changes have been great and the culture has been very very positive. 2019 is a great time to be at Netria as the tools are now in place for all of us to succeed!
