      Pros

      The best part of working here is the people. Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely fun to be around. There are plenty of opportunities to take on new challenges and grow your skills, whether you’re early in your career or more experienced. It’s a fast-moving environment, but one where ideas are encouraged and your contributions matter.

      Cons

      Things move quickly, so you need to be adaptable and ready to take on the next challenge when it arrives.

      Supportive Management Supportive Team Ideas driven Great product Talented group of individuals

      Cons

      I have not been there long enough to fully list a con. The industry I'm in is in a great fluctuation of highs and lows and so the team has been adaptive to providing the best service and looking to grow the business. Not sure this is a con, but I am required to put a con.

      Pros

      Super friendly co workers, helpful management, great skillbuilding relaxed and welcoming work enviroment. Feel very appreciated in my new job. First job I have had that I can physically talk with the CEO and CFO which makes it a more trusting workplace.

      Cons

      No real Cons but with the pandemic issue, just getting back into the swing of things and updating old information and replacing it with new ideas and I know it will take more time to get everything more updated and functioning better.
