      Pros

      Good client list and coffee machine.

      Cons

      These guys were arrogant beyond belief and take credit for work they subcontract out to other artists. They do well enough to suck up to the clients but working there seemed like working in an Ikea. Fake everything including personalities. Parking sucked. They also install software to spy on your computer while you work.

      Pros

      Exceptional designers from the top down.

      Cons

      Thought and bought into the agency that wins awards. Then I find out that the wins sometimes came from freelance contributors. Including my own awards, they slap their names on it even though they didn’t do anything. Their portfolio is all smoke and mirrors, hardly anybody that is “staff” it’s mostly freelance. And some of the staff is totally burnt out from never getting raises.

      The most creative people I have ever worked with and very down to earth. The owners are also designers and really know their stuff!

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work late, but that is normal in this industry.
