      Pros

      The leadership team and individuals are making great progress towards being a shelter that aligns with industry standard guidelines. Every single person who works here does a great job of caring for homeless animals. Working here makes me proud because the animals best interest is always at the forefront of what we do.

      Every job has areas that could be improved. All Employees trying to understand the why behind decisions being made goes a long way.

      The work is so rewarding and knowing you are making a difference in the lives of animals is an amazing feeling.

      This job can be mentally exhausting at times and you will see things you can’t unsee.
