• 21 days of paid leave (increases every two years with a max of 24). • Team-building: Monthly team outings and an outing for the whole company at the end of the year (around October). • Good work-life balance. • The work within the front-end team will make you learn a lot of new things since you will collaborate with senior developers from Geneva and Singapore. • Great office • Good communication, friendly teammates.
Cons
• Only 4 days work from home per month • Some of the training requires you to sign a recognizance (you pay the full price of the training if you leave before one year and a percentage if you leave before 2 years from the date of the training) • No platform to consult your leave balance/ you have to ask for a payslip via email or teams. • Flexible working hours for latecomers only (you can come late and leave late but you can't come early and leave early)
