      Pros

      The organization recently went through a lot of transition to improve sales process and better support their reps. The changes are breathing new life into the company and allowing for more growth.

      Cons

      No real cons from my experience. The transitional phases were somewhat challenging, but things are much better now.

      Growing Company Driven By Great Teams

      Pros

      After a necessary restructuring at the height of Covid in 2020, this company has completely transformed into a sales and marketing-driven outfit that feels very much like a startup. Great team players, people who believe in the work and the direction, and transparent, honest management. The Austin office has been a great work environment, with a flexible hybrid work model and a no-pressure open door PTO policy.

      Cons

      At the rate the company is expanding, you are sometimes tasked with work outside of your normal scope. It's good to be comfortable as a problem-solver with the ever-shifting nature of the real estate industry.

      Pros

      I'm excited to be apart of this company. Homes & Land Magazine has a 50 year history and under the new ownership by NewPoint Media Group, they're finally in growth mode and it's exciting to see the energy going into their projects of revamping the organization.

      Cons

      The last few years growth has been stagnant, but they're re-focused after covid and ready to ramp up again so it's all good!
