      Great work for a high performing agency

      - Good focus on innovation and best practice. - Great office fit-out/vibe - Awesome work / life balance - Great competency in Agile practices - Excellent recent track record on delivering CX and large projects

      Cons

      - Lack of very large retainers make it hard work to deliver to budget every month - Location of office (St Kilda Rd) - The fact that there's no one "sitting on the bench", makes it extremely busy all the time
