Pros

Slightly higher pay for fresh graduates. Stable job with minimal risk of getting laid off. Work load is manageable and not very stressful usually. Everyone are generally friendly and relax and happy where they are.

Cons

Work rotating shifts 24/7 365 days. Long shift works.

Perfect place for both fresher and experienced employees. 5 days working. Sometimes rotational Shifts. Adjustable environment. Good infrastructure.

Cons

Little bit work pressure, which is normal in corporate industry.
