This is a tough one for me. I came from a company so bad before this that even after nearly a year, I still feel like I've stepped into a magical world where unicorns greet me at the door and there are bluebirds that help my take my coat off as a raccoon pulls out my chair for me.
This job has its ups and downs, like any job, and I am not going to say that it is without stress, but if you are willing to work hard to learn how to do your job, then things seem to fall into place pretty easily. There is a lot to learn, as the products here are massive and sprawling and there are a lot of different aspects to how they are used by the clients, but IMO that's all part of any job. It's still a pretty new company, all things considered, and it suffers from some of the growing pains of any newer company of this size, but if you have ever worked for a start-up or smaller private company then you will appreciate that this company tries it's best to offer some big-company perks to it's employees, despite the overall size and age.
