      Pros

      I have worked at this company for more than 4 years .I really enjoyed the work environment and atmosphere. .The experience and knowledge gained during my association with NextGen provided career growth for which I shall always be appreciative.  Management, direction and guidance have been a source of great personal career satisfaction for me.

      All developers are full stack developers so you can learn all technologies High take-home salary (No variable pay, no unwanted CTC components We can learn new technologies as we are working for europian clients all staffs have the equal opportunity to develop their skills

      Hard to tell if you're very much serious about your carrier growth this is a company, you should join
