      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, hardworking and smart colleagues, best management/leadership I've had in my career, feel like I have a voice, lots of opportunity for growth, transparent career growth plans, investment in professional development, great compensation with bonus and stock option potential, the changes/improvements to this business I've seen since starting are huge.

      Cons

      Lots of change, iteration, and some 'heroics' as process and product is built - some may see this as a negative, I see this as working for a start up. Don't work for a startup just because you think it's trendy! It's work, it's re-work, it's figuring out a new way every day as we find edge cases that push our product and people. If that kind of work frustrates you vs excites you, this kind of company is not for you.
