      Great mission and work life balance. NextUp has leaders that care about their employees.

      Cons

      Entitled staffed members. Many employees believe because it's a mission based organization they can get away with things that you would never see in a for profit.

      Amazing company, flexibility, autonomy, leadership, guidance, coaching, and opportunities to learn new perspectives, ask questions in safe spaces, challenge legacy decisions, and more.

      Cons

      Participating in Events is addictive because you network, collaborate in-person, enjoy time together, and more. Sometimes wish we had HQ Events every month and budget for full team to participate in all 12 months of events (and REALLY enjoy remote work, which causes this feeling).
