Pros

The pay is competitive, and the drivers are actually classified as employees (rather than independent contractors like with Lyft and Uber). It really feels like the owners care. Most people who work here are kind, considerate, and thoughtful.

Cons

Shift scheduling can be wonky (e.g. too many or too few on each shift). Communication can sometimes feel like playing a game of telephone.

Pros

This a family owned and operated business and the owners have created a warm and welcoming work environment . The employees are amazing and incredibly supportive of one another. The pay is extremely fair and competitive. I have worked many many jobs in my life and i can honestly say that this is far and above the best place I have ever worked.

Cons

We had huge growth during the pandemic and as a result, the company is experiencing some growing pains. All normal when trying to grow a business, but not everyone is happy with change.
