Good place and good environment. Sometime work pressure will be there but if you have knowledge and you know your job what to do and how to do, then everything will be simple for you, so i think no one can feel pressure. But yes it depends upon person to person. You will be having full freedom to bring anything on table weather its related to development, advise anything. Management will listen to you. Rest how i feel about this company might will be different for anyone. Better come and taste the dish experience by your own.
