      Pros

      Great team culture. The management invests heavily on helping team members learn and grow.

      Cons

      If you want a comfortable corporate 9-5 full of hyper repetitive work, this is not the place for you. If you are not an independent thinker and problem solver, this is not the place for you. If you are not interesting in learning and growing, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      They have Heart and Mind which delivers results for their clients. Cool culture and amazing co-workers. Great team vibe. Cutting edge technology, insightful analytics, passionate content creation and analysis and solid execution is emphasized. They care about why this business matters and vote on accepting them as a client.

      Cons

      Fast paced and lots going on always. Ever changing set of tools and evolving techniques means it's hard to keep up with what is expected.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is a priority, they are very flexible with schedules and with helping us to balance our family and work life. They offer health insurance, 401k and bonuses that are very generous. The owner is super passionate and always pushing the team to think differently and to be creators and inventors. Tons of culture, lots of fun group lunches and time to laugh together. Management is on the same level as the producers, so there really isn't a clear hierarchy. All employees seem to have a say in how things work and how the company is run.

      Cons

      A great company for life, once you start working here it will be hard to go somewhere else. That being said it's a small company so you won't be moving up a ladder, as there isn't really a ladder to climb. Because its a small company there isn't a ton of structure which sometimes isn't ideal for measuring your own success.
