Pros

While working at Nisbets, I am fully supported in my career growth and aspirations. I have never experienced such a high level of assistance and genuine interest in employee growth from any other company. The leadership team genuinely cares about each and every one of their employees, and this is clearly evident in the daily interactions and working rapport that is established.

* The culture and people here. Everyone is a part of the team and gets along really well * The leadership team are very supportive and strive to ensure that the culture remains amazing. Culture is what is important - the work and systems can be challenging anywhere but if you feel as though you are a part of a great team it makes a big difference
