- A lot of employee benefits (mental health program, christmas bonus, corporate benefits for third party shops, onsite chef for headquarter, winter and christmas party in Germany) - open feedback culture - nice colleagues

Cons

- some colleagues tend to forget how nice this company is and how it's working somewhere else.
