Great colleagues, team members. Gives you a very good work-life balance. Supportive team with ample opportunities to learn and experiment. Small team, so one can have attention and be in focus with good work. No micromanagement by seniors. Work from home facility is a great boon for a city like Bangalore.

Cons

sometimes the pressure is high during tight deadlines, but those are rare.
