Working for a small company like NRED has a lot of perks. If you see an area that could use improvement, the company is always interested in your feedback and involvement to become better. The company is also very interested in developing its employees to become better professionals and people.

Cons

Communication can always be improved. Being spread at sites across the country, there are always challenges in trying to keep everyone up-to-date. The company tries to keep everyone informed with monthly "town hall" meetings and weekly emails.
