      Pros

      Work 2-2-3 (12hr) so every other weekend off. 2 shifts. I worked second shift. My co-workers go past the extra mile if you ask for help.

      Cons

      Well its 12hr shift. Down stream has a lot of roll over. You never see office people. They are going through growing pains so things are chaotic at times.
