      - Nomadic treated me better than any other employer that I've ever worked for in my whole life. - Management is very helpful and communicative - Coworkers are extremely kind and helpful - The pay is very competitive/better than if you worked the same position for a different company in the same area - It is a small company with a very open culture, it is easy to grow professionally and become a leader if you want to be one - Extremely diverse workplace and all employees love discussing new ideas and opportunities - Very comprehensive benefits package. Medical, dental, 401k, etc. - Growing company with upward trajectory - This company provided me with stability while I was getting my MBA
