Pros
Friendly co-workers. Lots of room for personal growth. Great clients. Missy is an excellent manager and person to work for.
Cons
Pay is lowish for the work done. You'll have many responsibilities, but the compensation may not match. No health plan. Make sure you are clear on what is offered to you, and get it in writing.
