      Pros

      Super enjoyable environment to work with a friendly and like-minded team. The company puts an emphasis on role progression and growth, there is space to learn and develop. Thriving team where creative and innovative ideas are harnessed. Great company perks.

      Cons

      Very fast paced over the Christmas period due to this being the busiest time of year, good fun for those who enjoy keeping on top of multiple tasks but no chance to take time off for a holiday.

      Lovely team, got on well with everyone. Lots of different machinery to learn about too.

      Cons

      Small office, would be good to expand in the future.

      Pros

      As with any quickly growing company if you are proactive you can progress quickly. The owner Ned is always open to ideas from the team and works collaboratively. I feel I have been able to learn a lot in my time so far at the company.

      Cons

      As the team is small you have to help in many job roles.
