Pros

Hybrid working is actively encouraged - staff can work from anywhere, there is however a great office in the centre of Manchester which is great - central and a great place to meet up with team members when I get bored of my own company at home. Real investment in Staff wellbeing and workload management.

Cons

Parking can be expensive if I drive in.

The whole team were really welcoming when I had joined Notch. The Digital Team work quite closely and all help each other with their clients, keeping a good balance of social and professional chat in catch-ups. By having your own specific clients there is a good amount of ownership and creative freedom on tasks while keeping a reasonable workload - it can be really rewarding to see your suggestions pay off, and it provides good progression opportunities. Being able to choose whether to work from home or in the office really helps with comfortably keeping on top of tasks. Onsite gym, health insurance and plenty of office social events are definitely a bonus.

Cons

Having your own clients might be difficult if you struggle to work independently, theres plenty of support from the team, but because the team have their own clients you have to be able to independently provide good results and maintain good relationships with clients (the same as any other agency).

No two workdays the same. Varied workload with lots of interesting projects to get involved with Great opportunities for career progression with regular reviews and salary increases incentivised by performance High quality facilities in a central location, everyone works on a Macbook Pro You had me at Christmas bonus Amazing company culture, real feeling that everyone is on the same side and wants the best for the company Talented workforce with lots of experienced industry professionals to rely on Company has more than doubled over the time I worked here and has adapted to and managed that change well
