Ivan and the leadership team are world-class. The Sydney office has one of the best cultures and team environments I've been part of. The team is deeply connected and supportive. There's a palpable sense that everyone is working together to succeed.
The office vibe is one of positive energy and aspiration. There's a deep ambition to do great work, nicely balanced with humility.
Another pro is the speed at which the product team ships updates. There have been 19 new enhancements and product updates in the last 3 months. As someone in a sales role, this rapid pace of new product launches always gives you something fresh to discuss with customers and is often a deep source of inspiration.
Notion Sydney is a very special place.
