      Pros

      Working with outstanding, intelligent and caring people, makes me enjoy turning up each day. Never worked for a company that invested this much with professional development and the social side, makes you feel valued. The flexibility is top notch and you are treated as an adult, trusted to get on and do your job.

      Cons

      We have grown a lot and been through a lot of change, this has caused some growing pains and change fatigue but not dissimilar to other companies I have worked for.
