This is early days for me in the company and after an extremely busy two years for Novacyt helping to combat the Covid Pandemic. It is great to be back in the BioTech world. The company has products that help detect infectious diseases - Covid and Monkey Pox included. The company grew at a tremendous rate from 2019 until recently, in terms of numbers of employees and revenues. The growth was at such a rate that some of the process, perfectly good when so much smaller, are now being reviewed and processes suitable for today and the future being rolled out. I am delighted to have helped expedite four people being moved from one team to another and others being promoted. There is a comprehensive benefits package: Pension Life Assurance Bonus Scheme 25 days holiday (+ public holidays)

Cons

None that I can see, which are not being sorted. There is a will to move things forward and a real energy to get things done.
