Pros
A wonderful environment where there are always something to learn, co workers are smart and humble. Everyone opinion about the tech or product is valued. That's not a "software" only company, we work in the same office as biologist and learn a lot from each others.
Cons
Pay is OK for France, but not comparable to what remote tech company can offer.
