Pros
NovaFutur is a lovely company to work for, I have been working for a few months so far and have already networked with a surprisingly talented bunch of people. These are some of the reasons I love working for this company:
Great People: Everyone at Nova is very comforting, considerate and inviting. Having talked with many of the managers and C-level staff I can guarantee that this is a company every employee is valued substantially.
Great Prospects: As the company that is growing ever so exponentially there are considerable prospects within the organisation, meaning that depending on your own dedication as an individual everyone is able to gain substantial improvements within their career.
Great Culture: Nova futur is also acknowledged for it's flexiblility - working from home and in-office culture are both endorsed by the company. This I believe is a critical element in a advancing society as many people including myself would like the hybrid option.
As well as this, the company has an outstanding office within London where an independent and collaborative culture are both encouraged by Nova. This is because the London office offers quiet pods if you need a quiet space to take some calls and offers a large of communal area where socialising is very encouraged. In addition, within this communal area activities such as Pool and Table Tennis are offered favouring even more interactions between people.
Cons
If I had to nitpick one aspect where improvements could be made within Nova I would say that the company transparency could be improved. By this I mean including all employees in any direction and advancements the company is looking to pursue.
Apart from this I believe many people would take a great pleasure in the opportunity to work Nova as I have only listed a few pros however there are many many more.
