      If you want to learn and grow, this is the place to be in

      Pros

      There is no way you'll not learn and grow at a very fast pace while you work here. Coworkers are like extended family. Mentorship and guidance is enthusiastically and happily provided by seniors whenever asked for. Director is great, both as a leader and as a person.

      Cons

      General woes of an extremely fast paced and busy environment. In my opinion the company is a good fit for people with high heat capacitance.
