A lot of work. If you aren't willing to put in a lot of work, it isn't the job for you. You must want to succeed and be money motivated.

Pros

The job requires strong work ethic, otherwise you will not succeed in this business. The Boss (Shodel Waites) is amazing, caring, honest and will do everything from his side to make one successful. Great commission, weekly pay, and benefits. Attitude, mentality, and work ethic are key in order to succeed.

Cons

No downsides for this business. All I could say is that this business is good for the right people, who want to achieve long term goals. Team work needed in order to succeed as well.

The boss (Shodel) is really nice, great opportunity to make money if you have the work ethic. Coworkers are really nice, also.

Cons

You have to have the right attitude, mentality, and work ethic. If you take no's personally, you are not going to succeed here.
