Pros

- Interesting work — data analysis and visualization that directly affects business strategy and product decisions - Good tools and training for analysts who want to build up their technical skills - Brand making waves and growing, which means the data you work with is actually used to sustain that momentum - Decent pay and benefits

Cons

Cross-team coordination sometimes takes more effort than it should.

Pros

Building long-term relationships with store managers and customers across my territory. Coworkers share advice on accounts and sales strategies instead of getting overly competitive. Visiting different stores, so workdays don't look the same. Gaining confidence in handling difficult conversations and strengthening my communication skills.

Cons

Must be okay with frequent travel

Pros

It’s interesting analytical work with a friendly and collaborative team. One thing I appreciated right away was the culture. People are passionate about the products and the mission, which creates good energy. I also like that the leadership is open to new ideas and difficult discussions. You’re encouraged to look deeper into trends and make suggestions for improvement.

Cons

The workload depends on projects, launches, or reporting needs.
