      The management is supportive and willing to work with individuals strengths and weaknesses. Management is also open to new ideas and offers constructive criticism when needed.

      Limited over time available for store employee’s, due to being a small business.

      working for a small company there are not extra staff, having to fill in to cover shift holes.
